Heartsick in La Venta Eventa

We are part of La Venta Eventa this weekend and there is a special make up called Torrid available and I went a little bit crazy and made it available in Nocturne and in three tones of Solstice! Something for everyone this week!

They are also previewing the stained lips that I will be releasing in a fatpack of colours in the next few days :D

Heartsick @ Fashionably Late

Hey everyone!

Heartsick are one of the guest designers this week at the Fashionably Late Event that runs until 21st before the designers are changed again.

I have created a new make up for the up coming skin Solstice that is an exclusive for this event. It comes in two tones, Muse and Euphoria and is available for 100L :D




It comes with the usual options of cleavage, eyebrows and freckles and includes hairbases, a teeth layer and one of my favourite tattooes that I created not long ago as a freebie but I like to give it out alot :p

New Group Gift @ Heartsick

Hey gang

I've been itching to make a neko skin in like.. forever. I spent a large part of my SL as a kitty in one way or another and so I finally got my brushes out and made one :D

So if you go to the store you can get your paws on a preview of the new Mew skin that will be coming soon! Ears and tail are also included in the package!

Before there was Heartsick.. There was Burning Chrome...

When I first starting creating things in SL, I started making houses and furniture. This quickly turned into creating accessories and then boots and other items. Eventually I started making a few hair styles.. all of this was under the name Burning Chrome.

Then in November 2008 I decided to turn my attentions to making skins and everything changed. I found something that I really got my teeth into and prim building took a huge backseat as I progressed through making my first generation skins that premiered inside
a side building to Burning Chrome... some of you that have been along for the ride since those first days might remember it!

So Heartsick was born with the release of my Second Generation Wish skins... and skin making became the thing I loved to do most.. eventually we moved and Heartsick became the main store with Burning Chrome on the side. Then when we moved again with the release of the 3rd Generation Enchant skins, Burning Chrome disappeared into the contents of my inventory.

I have since had lots of people IM me asking the whereabouts of Burning Chrome and if they could purchase items or if I was going to resurrect the store.. I have been giving it serious thought as I have always been proud of my first creations even if the styles and advent of sculpties has made them look a little dated now.

But from the ashes Burning Chrome has risen again.... not in world this time, but I decided to make the items exclusively available on the MARKETPLACE! I have rebranded most of it under Heartsick, but some things still have the old : BC : title on the items inworld when you recieve them. To get there please use this URL..

Heartsick are taking part in La Venta Eventa :D

This week we are part of the new weekend sales event called La Venta Eventa. It runs from 9pm SLT Friday Night until Sunday at Midnight SLT. Each week there will be twenty designers and everything will be marked 100L or less for these three days!

I have created a special skin for this event called Starry. It is available in two skin tones and comes with cleavage, freckle and eyebrow options.

New Shapes and Lucky Boards @ Heartsick

Hey gang

Just a quicky to let you know there are some new stuffs at the store :D

First off.. the Lucky Board has been restocked with a new special skin called Sizzle..



Heartsick has an awesome plus size avatar fan base and I am so pleased that I can provide a skin that works well for you gorgeous voluptous vixens.

So to celebrate the wonders that are the female curves, I am very excited to announce that I have made three sexy rubenesque shapes!

Unleash the goddess in you with these beautiful girls.. all shapes come with a style card and are copy/modifyable so you can tweek them to your
own desire.

The Spirit skin range is slowly growin skin by skin.. I am sucking at getting them all finished in one go so I am realy sorry about that.

Heartsick @ Culture Shock (May 1st – May 22nd 2011)

Heartsick are honoured to be part of the first annual "Culture Shock" event!

The Event has been organised by the CHIC Management team and is sponsored by Modavia Productions. Over 170 brands have come together to showcase their creations including a minimun of 3 new and exclusive items each with items contributing 50 - 100% of their profit to the chairty Médecins Sans Frontières.

Heartsick have created 2 special make ups for this event, both available in three tones. We also have a selection of boots that have been created as a special preview to a new range of footware that will soon be launching in our mainstore.




Skins are priced at 350L with 100% going to charity

Super Bargain Saturday @ Heartsick

Hiya everyone

Heartsick are in Super Bargain Saturday this week with 2 skin tones in a new make up called Candyfloss for 60L each. Both tones come with cleavage, freckles and now eyebrow options. There are two versions of the skin in the pack, dark brows and no brows. There is a package of eyebrows on tattoo layers inside that you can choose from to wear.

You will also find a teeth tattoo layer and two other alpha layers you can wear to get rid of eyelash remnants and also to help hide the back of your head when wearing certain hairstyles.. random but useful I have found!

Hiya everyone

Heartsick are in Super Bargain Saturday this week with 2 skin tones in a new make up called Peachy Keen for 60L each. Both tones come with cleavage, freckles and now eyebrow options. You get Dark Brows, Lighter Brows, Red Brows and No Brows so you can choose to wear others if you like.

You will also find a teeth tattoo layer and two other alpha layers you can wear to get rid of eyelash remnants and also to help hide the back of your head when wearing certain hairstyles.. random but useful I have found!

Heartsick @ Project Fur Japan

Just to let you know that Project FUR Japan has opened its doors and that we are taking part to support this amazing cause to help the animals of Japan who
were also effected by last months earthquake and tsunami. For this event I have created another Haiku skin in an exclusive make up and set out a few extra items that were part of Burning Chrome.








All items are 100L with 100% going to the charity :D

Don't forget to pick up your free Project FUR Japan Hello Kitty snuggly toy that I created especially for this event.. there is a donation pot next to it so if you

Heartsick are taking part in the Pacific Relief Fundraiser with a set of skins from the upcoming range of skins called Haiku.

hese are priced at 100L per skin with 100% of the funds going to the Pacific Relief Fund. You can purchase them at the store or at the fundraising venue which opened on 16th March and runs until mid April.

Another Secret Sale @ Heartsick

Hi everyone

Another secret sale begins at the Heartsick mainstore.. One of the skins have been reduced to 10L and another to 50L inside the store, but which ones are they? You will have to search for them!

Look among the regular priced Enchant, Luna, Poison, Wish and Yume skins to try to find the two special priced skins.

For those who like an extra bargain there is the 10L / Freebie skin wall upstairs and also the 60L monthly skins just inside the door.. and there is a fatpack of skins still in the group gift area (100L to join the group)

Heartsick @ Fashion For Life 2011

Hiya everyone!

I am participating in Fashion for Life, SL’s longest-running and most successful fashion fair. All donations go to SL Relay for Life, benefiting the American Cancer Society.

Running March 12-22 across 9 sims, this year’s theme will be “Beyond Black and White,” embodying the spirit of cancer survivors everywhere as they find hope rising out of the dark diagnosis of cancer. Spread over the sims will be over 180 stores with a hunt and gatcha areas, all with the goal of raising funds for the American Cancer Society. Fashion for Life will feature the best designers from around the globe.

I have eight items whose proceeds go 100% to the American Cancer Society. You can find Heartsick in the Mapplethorpe Sim.

The following items are my donation items with 100% going to FFL..




I have also an exclusive make up out just for this event..



And there is a hunt going on throughout the sims with items priced between 10L - 100L with all proceeds going to FFL. This is what i have for you to find within my little FFL store for 10L



I am also taking part in the Gatchas that you can find in the middle of each sim and inside the store. Each try gives 100% of funds to FFL
